Michiko has spent more than twenty years working as a certified veterinary technician — the kind of hands-on training that means she can tell the difference between a dog who’s just tired and one who isn’t feeling well. She lives in Winter Haven with her husband Chris and their own pug, who has taught her most of what she knows about stubborn snoring and an even more stubborn love of belly rubs. P.U.G.S.
